 All appointments are booked for a single person time slot. If you have more than one person in your party please book each person separately. Party bookings are for a minimum of 8 people.

Yes, I specialize in creating custom designs tailored to each client's unique style and preferences.

 A simple pair of scissors will do the trick by cutting the welded jump ring (not the chain). Remember to keep your jewelry in case you would like to put it back on (appointment required) Or you can choose a normal clasp instead of permanent. 

 If your Jewelry is worn with care, you should have no issues. If you have a jump ring break, that's no problem we can replace it 1 time for free. With all jewelry you must take extra care and caution, not to grab or pull as the chain can break, so take caution when purchasing these. We do not warranty stretched or broken chains. Your 1 year warranty is for the quality of gold or silver finish, tarnish and broken jump ring welds.  If you have a stretched chain, we have no way of confirming how it stretched, but we can offer a resizing for a fee of $50.00

 Yes you can!! TSA/CBSA does not ask you to remove fine jewellery when going through security.  

All party bookings require a non refundable deposit of $200.00

We charge a flat rate booking fee of $75.00

We charge a travel fee of $2.00 per KM over 25 km.

Any remaining balances will be used towards host purchase, or towards minimum sales of 8 purchases if they have not been met.

Guest purchases are to be paid individually, or if host wants to pay for all purchases.

We accept Debit / Credit only

No cash transactions.

(Example only): $200.00 (Deposit)

                          - $75.00  (Bf)

                          - $ 100.00 (Kms) 

                          =  $75.00 balance credit towards host purchase.

Credit is non refundable and must be used towards purchase only.
