Return and Refund Policy

Warranty, Refunds, & Returns

• Purchased retail (non permanent jewelry)  items must be returned with in 15 days of sale.
• Purchased retail (non permanent jewelry) items must be returned in their original condition, no damaged or broken items.
• Refunds for retail (non permanent jewelry) will be given in the form of a credit  after the 15 day return period. All credits have a 1 year expiration.
• Refunds for retail (non permanent jewelry) will be issued in the original payment form and can take up to 60 business days.  
• Please send us an email to shop@kindredfusion.com with your purchase transaction number and your personal information to start the refund process. This is for retail sales only and does not apply to permanent jewelry.
• Warranty for permanent jewelry : Permanent jewelry is customized for each guest and therefore does not qualify as a returnable item.
• Warranty for permanent jewelry :  All of our custom welded pieces are specifically made and designed for you. We offer a 1 time jump ring replacement should it break or be cut off. All sales are final for custom welded jewelry and no refunds will be given. It's important to take extra care of your forever jewelry and maintain cleaning it with the free jewelry cloth provided. We do not warranty broken or stretched chains.
